1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and k666a ("k666a", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the k666a website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, and any other services offered under the k666a brand.

By completing registration, logging in to an existing k666a account, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and may lead to permanent closure.

Any winnings generated on a k666a account where age verification cannot be confirmed will be withheld pending completion of the verification process. If a player is found to be underage, all funds deposited and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of k666a services, you are required to create a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. • Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with k666a. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k666a login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any third party.
• You must notify k666a immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• k666a reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all account information at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of its know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• k666a accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any associated balance to another party is prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

k666a supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

• All deposits and withdrawals on k666a are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. For cryptocurrency transactions, conversion rates at the time of processing shall apply.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the k666a account cashier section. These limits may be adjusted based on account verification level and platform policies.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. k666a will not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, where technically possible, as part of k666a's anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• k666a reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the financial institution involved.
• k666a accepts no liability for delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or technical infrastructure outside the Platform's direct control.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on k666a are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by k666a, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. The Platform reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or violations of these Terms.
• k666a reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse bets at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including placing maximum winning caps on specific events or markets.
• For cricket betting, including PSL markets, results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body. Interrupted, abandoned, or rescheduled matches will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Casino games, including live dealer tables and RNG titles, operate under rules specific to each game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for RNG games are available on individual game information pages. RNG game outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records held by k666a's server logs shall be the primary reference. k666a's decision regarding the settlement of disputed outcomes is final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

k666a may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited.
• k666a reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to have exploited promotional terms — including through arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting obvious errors in odds — may have bonuses forfeited and accounts restricted.
• Bonuses and free play credits have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k666a Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Using k666a for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or interfering with the Platform's security infrastructure.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any suspected error must be reported to k666a support immediately; winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with k666a support.
• Engaging in any activity that k666a, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be detrimental to the integrity of its operations or the interests of other players.

8. Suspension, Termination & Closure

k666a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or supplementary policies.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with prohibited jurisdictions.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under k666a's responsible gaming framework.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding the threshold defined in k666a's inactive account policy.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a material breach by the player, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees disclosed in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the k666a Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data, is the intellectual property of k666a or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of k666a content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k666a and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the availability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or events outside k666a's reasonable control.
• Delays or errors in the execution of bets caused by third-party data providers or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.
• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and accepted by the Player as part of the nature of gaming.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit k666a's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

The Platform provides tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including self-imposed deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. If you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful, we strongly encourage you to utilise these tools and seek independent support. Players who self-exclude from k666a must not attempt to circumvent exclusion by opening new accounts; any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion request will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.
